As President and owner of CPTxBio, Dennis Miller brings 20 years of experience on the pharmacology, toxicology, and pharmacokinetics on over 20 biological based drugs.

Dennis has experience with preclinical and clinical aspects of monoclonal antibodies, engineered antibodies and antibody like proteins, cytokines, and growth factors.

Our areas of technical expertise include clinical pharmacology, especially clinical PK, pharmacodynamic/biomarkers and immunogeniticity assessments. I also offer expertise in preclinical toxicology, pharmacokinetics and pharmacology with my main therapeutic areas being oncology (solid tumors and hematologic malignancies), inflammation/auto-immune disease and hepatitis.
